Andy Needham is a connector and catalyst for churches and ministry leaders. He serves as Executive Director of the 521 Collaborative, a movement of networks and churches in New England focused on revitalization and multiplication. A New England native, he has spent the past two decades as a champion for the local church. He and his wife Bethany love to serve together and co-host the “Slightly Off Script Marriage Show.” They have two young adult children and a sweet old Goldendoodle named Fenway.

Jim served as a pastor for twenty years in Louisiana, Illinois, and Florida and received his MDiv from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.  He began "Just A Preacher" Ministries" in 2005.  Jim has spoken many times at Alton Bay and is always well received.

After graduating from both Grace College and Grace Theological Seminary, Larry was further shaped through a 2-year pastoral internship in Pennsylvania, then returned to Winona Lake, Indiana in 1981 to pastor Christ’s Covenant Church. Along the way, Larry completed a Doctor of Ministry degree from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Chicago. He continues to serve on the pastoral team of Christ’s Covenant Church to this day, though in recent years he has been freed from some of his previous pastoral responsibilities, enabling him to serve Christ’s kingdom at large through speaking at conferences and Walking Like Jesus Ministries.

Sherry Schumann Sherry Schumann has the privilege and joy of helping grandparents leave a legacy of faith in Jesus to their grandchildren and the generations following them. In addition to being an author and speaker, she serves as the president of Christian Grandparenting Network. She has written two books, The Christmas Bracelet. She recently finished her manuscript entitled The Grand Expedition: A Practical Guide to Praying for Your Grandchildren, which will be available in summer, 2023. Sherry’s life in rural South Carolina is simple and beautiful. She has been married to her soul mate for more than four decades. They are blessed with three grown sons, three daughters-in-law and seven adorable grandchildren. Pastor Glen Boardman

Glen Boardman is a pastor who gladly shares his gifts with his long-time church family at Grace Community Church in Rochester, NH.  He and his wife Susan have served at Grace for over 27 years. As Lead Pastor, Glen’s passions include preaching, leading worship, teaching and mentoring.  He has taught and/or led worship at numerous events including VNE’s Congress, Vertical Attraction, Higher Ground, Iron Sharpens Iron, Promise Keepers, Equip, Simply Worship, and here at ABCRC.  He loves Jesus, the Church, his family and a good cup of dark roast coffee.

Pastor Juan Saa and his wife Ana have been serving at LifeWay Church since its beginning in 2000. He started out as the worship leader, and accepted God's calling as Lead Pastor in 2004. Having come to the U.S. from their home country of Colombia, their passion for God and His word, prayer, and people is not only evident in the ministry, but in every area of their lives.

Pastor Deryk Richenburg

Deryk grew up in Salisbury and is excited to return to the area as the pastor of Hope Community Church in Newburyport, MA.  He is married to Christy and they have two boys, Sam and Eli.  He has a deep desire to see God do a Kingdom move in New England.  He believes God will do it through ordinary disciples reaching out to others and making more disciples.  He has pastored churches in Massachusetts and Connecticut.  He also serves on the boards of Praxis Center for Church Development and Overseed.  In his spare time he likes to read, play golf and spend time with family and friends.

Following a career in the Air Force, Pastor Thom and his wife Sue have been blessed to serve in various churches and just recently retired from the First Christian Church in Wolfeboro, NH.  God has given him a passion for church revitalization and restoration. He and his wife have three grown children and reside in Tuftonboro, NH.

Youth Pastor Eddie Warren

Eddie Warren is a New Hampshire transplant by way of Georgia. He grew up in his local church and was saved shortly after graduating high school. Soon thereafter, Eddie quickly felt God’s call to ministry.  Eddie’s time in vocational ministry has brought him to Texas and Ohio over the last six years. During that time, he oversaw Next Gen ministries, serving kids ranging in age from birth-12th grade. Eddie came to Durhan Evangelical Church in 2021 with his wife Kelsey and son Judah, where he is serving as the Director of Youth.  One thing you should know about Eddie: he is a HUGE sports fan. Which sports? All of them. He claims Ohio State, all Cleveland teams, and the Philadelphia Flyers. On any given weekend, you find Eddie outside exploring with his family, on the hunt for a new coffee shop or watching the latest game.

Willie Batson inspires his audience with practical information that challenges individuals and couples to work together through relational issues with a Christ-centered approach.  Willie brings both humor and practical wisdom to his presentations.  Willie Batson is a relationship coach, a pastor, and the author of two books – Tools for a Great Marriage and Tools for a Great Marriage Devotional.  He has taught for more than 45 years on marriage, parenting, and personal growth topics.  Willie and Debbie were married in 2022 following the deaths of their spouses. Combining their families, they now have five adult children and 11 grandchildren. The Batson’s live in East Tennessee during the colder months and in Alton Bay during the warmer months. They believe that God brought them together in this season of their lives to help people build Christ-centered relationships.
