Adorable historic white cottage located at the entrance to the Alton Bay Christian Retreat Center, providing lake views and the ability to enjoy band stand concerts from the comfort of the front porch.  The cottage has two bedrooms upstairs and a lovely eat-in kitchen, 3/4 bath, and living room with dining area on the first floor.  There is a fairly new mini-split in the living room that allows for comfortable three season use of the cottage.  Given the location and prior use of the cottage, there might be the potential for year-round use if upgrades were done; however, any year-round use would require the prior approval of the ABCA Board.  The cottage will not be available until early September (9/8/25 or after).  Offers for purchase of the cottage will be taken through August 2, 2025 and a decision will be made on the offers approximately one week to 10 days later.  This cottage is being shown by appointment only.
