    This year round cottage is located across from the beach, next to the playground.  Across the front of the cottage are large windows giving you a beautiful view of Back Bay and the beach.  At the back side of the cottage is the entrance with a lovely patio, table and chairs for outdoor eating and relaxing with a gas grill.  This cottage has its own driveway for three (3) cars, located behind the Yough Building.  Upon coming in to the main entrance is the living room where there are two (2) soafa's (one double sleeper sofa) and a loveseat.  On the front side of this room is an enlcosed porch with a double futon, used in the day as a couch buy can be opened to accommodate two (2) sleepers if needed. 

    The cottage has an open kitchen, dining and living- room area.  There is one (1) bathroom with stall shower and washer/dryer.  Three bedrooms with full size closets, 1-queen bed, 1-double bed, 1-bunk-bed with twin over a double, sleeps seven (7) in beds with floor space for an additional child or two on floor.  There is basement space available with beach chairs and sand toys to enjoy along with room for bikes.

    Available dates: We regret to inform any who may be interested in renting, that our cottage is not available from June 16 - Labor Day 2018.

    This cottage is very inviting from your first step onto the front porch with rockers and an eating table and view of the lake, to the living room with a full-size futon, new gas stove with remote control and a window air conditioner, to the newer eat-in kitchen fully equipped for your culinary needs.  On the second floor are three bedrooms, two with queen in each and one with two single beds.  There is a crib mattress under one of the queen beds for a small child.  The bathroom is also located on the second floor.  Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and several small electric heaters as well.  There is also a deck located just outside the kitchen door, with views of the lake and many lovely plantings surrounding the cottage for your enjoyment.  It also includes a small gas grill.  In the living room there are toys for the children as well as games and books for all ages and beach toys stored on the porch.  There is also a combination DVD/video player in the living room as well.  All toilet paper, soap, and cleaning supplies are provided, just bring your sheets, towels, and tooth brushes!  Parking is just outside the cottage.  This cottage sleeps eight (8).

    Welcome to Crocker Cove.  We are located on the northern tip of Back Bay nearest to the main lake access directly from Mount Major Highway.  Crocker cottage was built in the 1930’s and is surrounded by water views on three sides.  This Victorian style cottage features 2 bedrooms and a bath/shower on the 2nd floor.  Living room, log room/den, ½ bath and dining room on the main floor and a front porch that spans the entire width of the cottage.  The master bedroom has a large king-size bed and the 2nd bedroom includes a queen bed.  Also, on the 2nd floor is a child’s bed tucked in a sleeping nook with views overlooking Back Bay.  Parking is directly in front of the cottage with easy access to the basement.  Enjoy swimming in Back Bay via the back-basement door or read a book in the fisherman’s authentic log room/den.  The spacious main floor includes plush couches and armchairs that provide a great gathering place with beautiful views of Alton Bay.
