This cottage is very inviting from your first step onto the front porch with rockers and an eating table and view of the lake, to the living room with a new gas stove with remote control and a window air conditioner, to the newer eat-in kitchen fully equipped for your culinary needs.  On the second floor are three bedrooms, one with a queen size bed; one with a king size bed, and one with a bunk set with a double bed on the bottom and a twin on top.  There is a crib mattress under the queen bed for a small child.  The bathroom is also located on the second floor.  Top floor is insulated and each bedroom has a ceiling fan and several small electric heaters as well.  There is also a deck located just outside the kitchen door, with views of the lake.  It also includes a small gas grill.  In the living room there are toys for the children as well as games and books for all ages and beach toys stored on the porch.  Toilet paper and cleaning supplies are provided, just bring your sheets, towels, and tooth brushes!  Parking is just outside the cottage.  This cottage sleeps six (6).

$1000 weekly plus a $50 cleaning fee ($100 damage fee returned if all okay)

Cozy, quiet, and rustic are a few words to describe this charming cottage located on Lake Winnipesaukee's southern tip in Alton Bay, NH.  Get away with your spouse and/or family for a relaxing vacation and create memories that will last for years to come.  This family-friendly two-story cottage has a large wrap-around screened-in porch, sleeps 5-7, and has a bathroom with a shower.  The second story has two semi-private rooms and sleeps 5 (2 full beds & 1 twin).  There is also a futon on the first floor and another futon on the screened-in porch for additional sleeping options.  Recent cottage updates include a totally new kitchen in 2018 and new exterior windows in 2019.

This rustic charming four-bedroom, one-bathroom cottage is great for entertaining large families and friends.  There is a spacious family/porch room with bay windows overlooking Lake Winnipesaukee.  This sizable cottage has room for 10 people to stay comfortably.  In the upstairs area there are 3 large bedrooms with one queen bed in each room with closet space.  In the downstairs bedroom there are 2 single beds and 2 futons.  This sweet cottage is well equipped to keep you comfortable with AC units in each of the upstairs bedrooms and one AC unit downstairs in the main living area.  A washer and dryer in the lower level.  On the main floor there is a small galley kitchen and dining area.  It is close to the beach with an outside picnic area for guests to enjoy their morning coffee.  Pictures available upon request.  Applicants are required to complete a rental agreement and pick up their key at the main office.

28 New Bay is a light filled, one level ranch with 3 bedrooms (queen, full, 2 twins, plus there is a toddler bed).  There is one bathroom.  Large deck with patio table and chairs and gas grill outside the door on driveway.  Location is very close to the beach, fire pit, snack shack, and playground.  Beautiful lake breezes.

This cottage is very conveniently located next to the chapel and a close walk to the Tabernacle and Dining Hall.  It's also a very short walk to Alton Bay shops and you have a view of Lake Winnipesaukee from the front porch.  There is private parking and easily accessible guest parking across the street.  Included is private WIFI and keyless entry.  The cottage sleeps 6 comfortably.  It has two bedrooms, one bedroom has a double bed, one has two twin size beds, a roll out and there is a full size sleeper sofa in the living room.  The kitchen is fully equipped with, stove, oven, microwave, all utensils, cooking equipment, coffee maker, toaster etc. and has an outdoor propane BBQ.  The cottage features a full-size front porch for relaxing and eating outside too.  The cottage has window AC and standalone heating with a thermostat if needed.

Welcome to our delightful cottage, nestled in the quiet woods of Verna Lane.  This inviting cottage sleeps 6-8, and includes 2 bedrooms and 1 and 1/2 baths.  The first floor boasts a fully furnished kitchen with a dishwasher, dining room, and living room with pull out couch that sleeps 1-2.  There is also a small bonus room with a twin bed on the main floor, and a 1/2 bath with a toilet, sink, and washer/dryer.  On the second floor, the master bedroom has a queen bed, a closet and an AC.  The second bedroom has a bunk room, with 2 sets of twin bunk beds that sleeps 4, perfect for larger families.  The 2nd floor bathroom has a shower/tub.  The cottage is a short walk to the beach or the basketball court.  Other amenities include high speed internet, gas grill, and outdoor seating and picnic table.  Contact us for pictures.
