Dew Drop Inn is a quaint and cozy old cottage that sleeps 10 and sits on a corner lot with a view of Back Bay and the lake. There is parking behind. It is part way up the hill from the beach and playground. In recent years, it was set on a grid of steel I-beams, supported by 24” and 12” concrete piers on 4’ deep and 2’ wide concrete footings which sit below the water table and frost line. The first floor is knotty pine with some insulation and old 12” floor boards. The living room has a sofa bed with a queen-size mattress, 2 old, but comfy chairs, lamp and built-in book shelf. The dining area has an extendable table and chairs. The bathroom has a shower and pine cupboards. In the kitchen, you will find a “weekender” fridge, 20” propane stove, large sink, hutch with drawer and cupboard, microwave, dishes, pans, pine cupboards and a few small appliances. Utility closet could house a water heater, sports equipment, tools and the small vacuum. Approximately 175sf of porch run on 2 sides: 6 sf screened, 112sf is glassed and screened. Glassed in portion which overlooks Back Bay and Alton Bay, sleeps 3 with 1 double bed and one twin bed, and has a metal-top extendable table with chairs. The second floor front bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, sleeping 3. The back bedroom has a double bed, sleeping 2. There is also an army cot and space enough in either room to set up a crib or playpen. Both rooms have cubby closets. There are some linens, one dresser and a fan.
